Assessing Educational Institutions

Notice Regarding Assessing Educational Institutions

Please note that our association has temporarily paused the acceptance and review of applications for recognition of paralegal education programs for voting membership eligibility. This decision was made by the Board of Directors as part of an interim measure, and we will provide updates should this process resume in the future. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to reach out if you have any questions.

The BC Paralegal Association currently recognizes paralegal programs offered at Capilano University and Vancouver Community College for Voting membership. If you are an institution other than these already recognized institutions, and would like the BC Paralegal Association to consider the eligibility of students and alumni of your program as voting members, please see HERE for this policy and details on paralegal programs offered by institutions not previously recognized by the BC Paralegal Association.
